Hey everyone, I was hoping for a few suggestions and idea's on a good case for my portable setup. I have a 32GB ipod Touch with a LOD cable to a PA2V2 and soon a Ibasso T4. I got a Jbud case from amazon you can look it up. its about 4L x 3W x 1.5H and hard shell, its slightly to small tho, fits an ipod but the touch is longer.

If anyone knows of a good case to fit the touch, and about 2 inches tall or so. Please let me know. Feel free to post a picture of you're case if u have something good. Anything will work, maybe a small camera case or something.

Thanks for any idea's or suggestions.

just found out wife bought me an iPod Touch 32GB for Christmas, will be waiting for what people have been using as their case too.

I'm looking for a heavy duty tough case, since I tend to be rough on my equipment.

no shiny stuff

I've used BestSkinsEver on my iPod Touch 1G for 2 years. Tough armor that thing. I peeled it off to install a fresh skin and it was scratchless. When I got my late 2009 iPod Touch 8gb, I also applied BestSkinsEver on day one. Get one from Best Skins Ever, Inc. Home Page.

Thanks Gino, will add to my list....I've used Zagg before on my Asus EeePC and I highly recommend it. I'll give BestSkin a try since the price is very competitive.

Vajachoice looks nice too but the car stripe is not me, do like the look

The trick in application is to be patient. Prepare a shallow dish with water and very little dish washing fluid. Do not str to form suds. We don't like bubbles. Immerse the peeled off film, pul out and let drip. Lay on iPod. use microfiber cloth to blot out excess. Align film by having equal protrusion of flaps beyond the ipod. Once aligned. Use credit card to squeeze off fluid. Blot out water. At this point it is enough to just have the broad area stick and not the flaps. Set the ipod aside in dust free area to air dry. Once convinced film is dry, press the remaining film to form around the iPod. The front part is easier. Start with the big piece. Add the button film later.

I can't find a strong case for this iPod Touch 3rd Gen

At what point does it becomes an obsession?

Wow, what do you do to your ipod to require more protection?

it's not what I do to it.

it's who it came from and what it's sentimental value...

it's my wife's 10yr anniversary/advance Christmas gift to me

I use one of these for my Sansa e280 & Headamp AE-2. MSRP $16.99, the strap comes off and there's a clip on the back that slips behind your belt and attaches with velcro. Go to the LowePro website the see all the sizes. They also have leather ones.
