U.S. Distributors of SoundMAGIC

Well, there's all this talk about getting Fischer Audio in the U.S. Well how about SoundmAGIC? As we all know, they make awesome products, however, the Chinese sites that sell them suck. It takes a while to ship, and they never fulfill warranties. Perhaps Michael Lin can chime in, but when is SoundMAGIC getting a U.S. distribution so we can get both our products and replacements in a timely manner?

Hrmm? They maybe slow, but they don't suck. Do you have any links that indicate that these "sites" never fulfull warranties?

On another note, if they were to have a US dealer, I doubt the pricing would remain the same.

I bought a PL-50 from Focalprice and one side eventually had no sound. They said they only offer 3 months warranties not the one year offered by soundmagic.

I don't think it is the lack of dealer that is the problem, but it is the lack of dedicated international distributor. No doubt this is partially caused by the strong sale on the HK Internet dealers.

BTW, ALO Audio does carry a good range of SoundMAGIC earphones. You will have to pay for the shipping, but at least the waiting time is much shorter.

I just found another distributor, but in Canada - SonicTreats - Quality Headphones, IEM, In-Ear-Monitors, Portable Audio / Video Accessories, more they are a lot more expensive than the HK ones nor they have the complete line up.

Head-Direct is technically a US distributor of them as they will have US stocks (from NY) as well as from China. Head-Direct ships out from NY for US orders AFAIK.

What's the problem? HeadDirect has been a fine retailer in my experience.
