Would you explain to me what the CD sounded like?

Celldweller is mediocre industrial. If you listen to bad music, you'll probably like a decent amount of goth. ;)

Nickelback is the greatest band of all time.

I did a search for this "Rubber" you speak of. I came up with several bands, which range from Pop-Punk to a poor man's copy of Stevie Nick's Fleetwood Mac. None of these people are worthy of wiping Jerry Garcia's poo-hole.

Sorry to revive this and all, but I thought I'd contribute a little.

I cannot stand the Beatles, Pink Floyd never impressed me, Geddy Lee's voice makes me want to rip my hair out and I hate this new 'Bro-step' movement, it's absolute trash.

I think some of Beatles songs are okay, the rest are just boring and annoying.

I used to hate Pink Floyd and wondered "why the hell they got a lot of praise", but after listening to their songs over and over again, things are getting more acceptable and now I like The Wall, DSOTM, WYWH, and Animals. Haven't listened to the rest of their albums. They're surely hard to like at first few listen.

Linkin Park's new material is just meh. I dislike every Tool's song. Rap is crap, I hate that GANGSTAZ, party all the time image, bling, sex, etc. etc. that are usually reflected in their lyric or video clip.

No matter how many times I listen to classical, opera, and jazz music, I still don't really like them. They're horrible.

Post-hardcore with clean and screaming vocals is awesome, but all scream is just a no-no. I really hate overly autotuned clean vocals in this genre and most of the time, I can't interpret what the singer is singing when I'm listening to songs with screams.

Excuse my grammar or spellings.

Thread just got bumped so I noticed this post.

It was a joke.  Perhaps I should have phrased it like a Laffy Taffy wrapper:

"What's the best band ever"

"Rubber bands"

Liam Gallagher once said "The Beatles were the Oasis of the 60's."  I agree, and think Oasis made much better music than the Beatles.

Pearl Jam is the greatest band ever.

Alison Krauss has the greatest voice in the history of music.

"Ride the Lightning" is better and more significant than "Master of Puppets."

Completely agree, I also think that everything with Cliff is better than anything with Jason or Rob

Oasis wouldn't ******* exist if it wasn't for the Beatles.

And?  Many great bands wouldn't exist if it weren't for "blank."  That doesn't mean the later one can't make better music.
