HELP plan my NYC trip! - Page 2

A couple of notes. Food: there are tons of restaurants, but you may want to try and go to Chinatown (Wo Hop is my favorite) or Little Italy for dinner. Also, just for the experience, you may want to go to the Carnegie Deli on Broadway and 56th St., they have the largest sandwiches in the world. Also, going to Greenwich Village and SoHo should be on your list. I am not sure either the Empire State Building or the Top of the Rock are open that late.

i disagree, actually. with the exception of the UN building, all of these places are part of my almost daily life.. i go to the Met, Central Park and Nat History all the time. the Park once a day (i walk through it on the way to work), the Met several times a month, and AMNH once a month or every other month.

they are all still awe-inspiring.

to the OP... if you like a nice drink, i'd hit the Pegu Club on Houston one evening if you have the time. fantastic handmade proprietary old-school cocktails in a Raymond Chandler atmosphere, by the former mixologist from the Carlyle Hotel.
