Klipsch Eargels on Q-Jays?

I am interested in getting some Klipsch Image X10s, but I have been looking at Q-Jays as a viable alternative for super small, great sounding headphones. Thing is, after owning some Klipsch S4s, and loving their extreme comfort, I don't really like other tips I have tried. (UE, SHURE being the main examples).

To get to the point, can I put Klipsch eargels on Q-Jays easily? Just in case I don't like the included tips.

Nobody has tried matching tips from the two smallest higher end IEMS on the market? Kinda surprising, so here goes a BUMP.

I'm honestly not sure......sorry. I'm guessing it might be a tough match though.
