Looking for inexpensive USB Dac to RCA solution

Thread Starter
Looking for a USB DAC that will output to RCA line level.

$100 or less

Will be used between my computer and a receiver. Sources will be stored files (CD and MP3) and internet radio.

Have read good things about the basic Music Streamer and the M Audio Transit. Which is better ?

Any others I should look at ?

Thanks !

I suggest the Cakewalk UA-1G or the Edirol UA-1EX.

I have a dac destroyer from Hot Audio. They're far from pretty, but they're cheap and work well.

I've had a SuperPro 24-bit USB DAC which was great for the money: they go for about $100 on eBay.

It must be a Canadian thing. At least there isn't an "Angry Beaver" or something
