Simple 2-way switcher-selector on relay.

Hello

I'm designing PCB for ZEN headAMP now...

It will have line input (2RCA) and transit line output (2RCA).

When Headamp is powered-off, line input is shorted to output, and signal flow from source to next amp through headamp's relay.

If Head amp is power on, than 12Volt are feeding switching relay and it switch signal from line in to headamp.

The relay is Takamisawa NA12W-K

I have never used relays, so don't know how to use it correctly. Please help me...

If it's ok? Or maybe it need some delay circuit? Some caps, resistors?

Looks fine to me just as it is. A very simple, elegant solution.
