Flogging Molly isn't obscure. Good stuff though.

I happened to see this record in my collection that I'd forgotten about for some time.

columbia-princeton eletronic music center - 1961

A bunch of early electronic music. Found this at a flea market or something.

I also have a bunch of albums from the Way International... a Jesus-freak like cult my family was involved in back in the 70s and 80s. Mostly a lot of Jesus-freak style music and some psuedo-gospel.

I'll have to root around to see what other obscure stuff I have around here.

Is it any good, adrift?

Oh, I have a copy of "Kaleidoscopic Vibrations: Spotlight on the Moog"...

The groovy cover really works for vinyl, too.

Perrey and Kingsley did a pretty good job with it, especially considering the year.

Does Manchester orchestra or U.N.K.L.E. count?

I don't 'own' that much obscure music, but I do have a 1958 copy of the soundtrack to Gigi.

My brother pick up this CD for me when he was in Germany. It's westernized mongolian music that's surprisingly well recorded.

Also my mom's old mother goose sing along album is pretty obscure.

(this isn't my pick, but found it on the internet)

Its okay. Its very early experimentation mostly and it ranges from pretty good to pretty boring. I haven't listened to it forever though.

That sounds pretty cool.

I don't know who Manchester Orchestra is, but I don't think UNKLE counts. Which album is it?

Japan's "Obscure Alternatives".

Just 'cause obscure is in the title.

I also have an autographed 7" by Negazione I got at a D.O.A concert in 89. They're on Wikipedia but I have never heard anyone else mention them. If any one else has heard of them, let me know.

There a small indie band. Psynce Fiction. It's the closest I got. I might have some really odd stuff hidden away on my hard drive.
Manchester orchestra (random one I found)

Yeah it definitely is. They sing chords which is unreal to me. The only downside is that it's 67 minutes long and after a while, some songs start to sound the same, but I'm not complainin.
