Need help picking DAP and AMP

Hello, I recently bought RE0 headphones and i really like it. Now I need some good source and amplifier to drive it. I already tried Fiio E5 with it, and i really like what it does to the sound, but it hisses a bit and slightly muddies sound, not mentioning that it's battery doesn't work . AlsoI will be using it with Beyerdynamic DTX800 phones, those sounded surprisingly better even with E5. So I would like to hear some suggestions for player+amp in 200$ budget. Stretching it is not really possible because I'm one of those starving students .
So far I'm thinking about some Sansa Clip/Clip+/Fuze player as it is cheap with quite good audio quality and some 100-150$ amp to work well with it. I thought about AMP3 as it fits my needs well, but it has a major drawback not being able to random play properly, and that is how i listen to the music most of the time.

Amps i'm considering:

Bass Boost cMoy v2.02
iBasso T4

Well I bought player, it happened to be Sansa Clip+ 8Gb. So now I need only Amp for a price up to 130$ (but preferably around 100$). How is mini^3 for that setup? Or cMoy would be just fine?
