Mine is At the Drive-In's Acrobatic Tenement. I absolutely love driving to that album.

Canned Heat - On The Road Again
Grateful Dead - Truckin'
Little Feat - Let It Roll
Wilson Pickett - Mustang Sally
Geils Band - Must of Got Lost
The Blues Image - Ride Captain Ride
The Cars - Drive
Christopher Cross - Ride Like the Wind
Eddie Rabbitt - Drivin' My Life Away
America - Ventura Highway
The Doobie Brothers - Rockin' Down the Highway

Serengeti's Dennehy (Lights, Camera, Action!). I have to turn down the dirty parts if my kids are in the back seat.

Love is Chemical's s/t
Nothing revolutionary, but makes great road trip material, and fun to sing along with too.
Since they are a local band, a link to sate the curious.
