Ok, so this is my second thread in the quest for custom etymotics. My question is which custom molds are best? I have found the Westone UM56 and hearyourself.com and sensaphonics. The Westone is about $75, the hearyourself is $130, and the sensaphonics is some amount that the website does not want to disclose (if it does, please point me to it). None of these prices include impressions.
So, the westones have a history of breaking off, but that was on Jan of 2008. So, is that still a problem?
Are there any other problems with any of them? If no, I will go with the UM56 because of price.
Also, the UM56 fit the er4 series, right? I looked, and they fit the UM1/UM2 etc., which uses the comply t100, which is also used by the ety. Thus, the ety should use the UM56, no?
