I have a Stello DA100 DAC in a very good condition (I would say 9/10 by audiogon scale incl. box and manual) for sale.
I am the first owner, and directly ordered from April music.

It is set to US voltage.

Price: $$$$ plus shipping worldwide (accept paypal.)

I am the owner of the same model. It's an outstanding DAC! There is a voltage switch inside the case, the voltage can be switched to 110V or 220V easily.
