One again same exasperating thing, it cost in France around 50 €, same model cost 18 € in USA and Sansa clip + cost only 32 € !! it mean i can have for less money the clip + if i buy it in USA, But Amazon US don't ship this label to France

Can you tell me trusted online store in US where you bought you Sansa clip and i'll see if they ship to France ?

Last thing, do you know if US model gonna be compatible for European radio frequencies ?

They're cheap as chips on Ebay.
The clip+ in my opinion is a better player for all purpose users. Because videos on the fuze don't function that well, eg. lag, onverting issues, the fuze is more of a music player rather than multimedia player. Since the clip is solely a music player, I'm pretty sure I'd the smaller one out of the two which infact is the clip. Also you can expand an 8gb clip+ to 40gb when 32gb cards are released.

Both the clip, clip+, and fuze support Vorbis and FLAC. Only the clip and fuze need a firmware update for that though.

$10 vs $50
I'd rather pay $10 for the exact same SQ than $50 for the ability to have a big pretty screen and excess space you simply dont need on a PMP.

Clip can handle flac.
BUT dont know why you want to play flac on portables. There are debates as to whether people can tell the difference between flac and a decent mp3/ogg on $1000s of dollars worth of gear. On < $8 worth of electronics (most PMPs) you arent going to be able to.

If the clip+ is warmer than the clip, I'd probably go the clip.

re: radio frequencies. I am not sure as I didn't order one from america.
I am pretty sure they are configurable, but I have not bothered to check
You can fit something like 40 V0 or V2 albums on a 4gb storage. Dont see why you would want more than 40 albums on hand. You can fit about 2k albums on a 160 gb ipod. I dont see the point.

MrGreen out.

I love my clip+ and would recommend one to anyone looking for great sound and respectable capacity in a teeny tiny package. I've only had mine about a week or so and it amazes me more each day, especially for what I paid for it.

All my friends/family who I have let try it have been floored.

I'd go with the Clip+ as well. I own D2, iPhone, iPod nano 3g,and iPod shuffle 1gb, but I always see myself going back to the Clip. The sound it produces is simply amazing, and it's a very easy navigable player, despite the small screen size.

Some times it's nicer to have a bigger screen for menus etc. The other thin the fuze has is a larger battery. Which for a portable player is important.

The fuze was on special near me for 59 euro but it's all sold out otherwise I'd have got one. The clip+ I haven't seen for sale yet. So can't buy it if you can't get it. Would you buy a clip with the clip+ around the corner ?

The only issue with the fuze is it has a proprietary connector. Whereas the Clip has a standard USB.

A trusted european e-shop is advancedmp3.co.uk.
Clip+ is actually out of stock but it will be available in the next weeks.

Clip and Fuze sound wonderful, however, their EQ are really bad. If you use EQ, be warned. How about a Cowon iAudio7 at Amazon UK for £60? A bit quirky on interface, overall a very good player.

yea, the i7 costs 60 quid for the 4gb, while the clip+ can be had in the UK for 60 quid for the 8gb and you have the SD slot,
its better value if you dont plan to use the EQ,

Fuzes 2nd hand on ebay are pretty cheap. I got one for $50 shipped.

The clip is an awesome little player, but the Fuze has a Line-Out now as well.

I originally wanted a Clip+ as well, but the fuze works out cheaper. Being able to run Rockbox is an added bonus.

I made my choose, clip+ 4Gb (the 2 Gb is out of stock for a moment) the problem is th price, the only solution i see for me now is to ask if a US person of this forum can be ok to buy one for me and send it to me using simple air mail shipping to France, I pay you by Paypal Before of course, i see the price is 45$ at amazon.com which is a fair price, contact me by pm if you can help me
