I can't agree more on the point that Eterna is very, very picky about the source. on some tracks (mostly instrumental) it performed superior than my Atrio, but on others, it lacked resolution and sounded veiled and bloated in the mids.

Does anyone have more than 50 hours burn-in yet? Possibly 100? It would be nice to figure out when they reach optimal SQ. I'm a believer in heavy burn-in

I could not agree more that this phones have a good synergy with rock and heavy metal. I can listen to the rock music over an over again with this phones.

Build quality is average, at least on the stress reliefs. The right side stress relief has just popped out - though a huge dollop of superglue has "kinda" fixed it.

But, with my shaky hands, it's scarred enough (superglue everywhere) to have ZERO resell value now - not that I plan to part with it any time soon though.

Has anyone bought directly from Fischer Audio with Western Union payment? Any success?
International bank wiring cost an arm and a leg from US. Don't really want to go that route....

I've tried the Super Fi 5 Pro and own the Eterna, and in terms of SQ I think the Super Fi 5 Pro is better. So the Triple Fi (for me) would probably be clearly better than the Eterna. However the Eterna is much more comfortable, smaller and the SQ is great for a single drive dynamic IEM. (They kick the living **** out of the V-moda Vibe and Beyer Dynamic DT770 that I have..)

A Chinese cheapo IEM that surpasses the DT770 in sound quality? Now I've heard everything!

I would think Silver Bullet will fit those who are looking for a more 'conventional' great sounding IEM instead of the more 'enjoyment-oriented' Eterna.

It seems there's an eBay seller now:

eBay Seller: gd audiobase: Electronics items on eBay.com

13 feedbacks, none of them includes these phones bothers me a bit.

It's possible that the phones were listed as private listings, so ebay won't tell you what items the reviews are based on.
But no, I didn't buy from him, so can't tell you if it's reliable.
