Headroom return policy

Does anyone know if Headroom must actually receive the returned product within 30 days or if it's okay as long it is shipped out within 30 days? I sent them an e-mail already but they haven't responded and I'd like to make sure I'm in the clear rather than wasting money on shipping if it's going to be rejected. Thanks.

Hi There,

As long as the return is postmarked within 30 days, you're just fine -- We have a day or two built-in as 'wiggle room' there!
