I would recommend either the q-jays for just under $200. http://www.amazon.com/JAYS-q-JAYS-Ar...5766528&sr=8-1

Also, if you are willing to shell out another $50, there are Westone Um2's on sale, which would be a step above everything else under $200. It is a sound investment I think.
