If i don't like HD650 (Black Dragon cable) may i like HD600 (Cardas Cable)?

I, received on loan a Sennheiser HD650 with Moon Audio Black Dragon cable.
While i like details, body, creaminess of sound, mids and bass are great but i miss some sparkle in the highter frequencies, so i find this headphone boring for long listening sessions.

Maybe i have no great amp to let them shine, i only have a Corda 2Move and a Megahertz Audio (i use this last one with low impedance headphones Denon D5000); but i'm not planning to buy new amps now.

I have a chance to buy a Sennheiser HD600 with Cardas cable, at a good price.
May i like them or they miss highter frequencies sparkle like the HD650?
I've read a lot about these headphones, and while it seems the HD600 are a little brigher, i can't understand if they really sound more open and airy.

Can anybody help me?

I for one like the HD600 better than the HD650. It's not that it's more "sparky" in the highs than the 650, but has a more precise midbass which makes them to sound more open and balanced to my ears. However if you're looking for noticeable treble spark and airiness, then maybe the HD6xx aren't your phones.

I sold my HD650 because I preferred the HD600.

But then again, they aren't THAT different.

Get some Grado's if you want high sparkle.

hd580 /hd600 are my preference precisely because the highs are not rolled off

i find the hd580/600 are a more neutral sound compared to the hd650 which is dark sounding
