In the Fischer Audio Silver Bullet review, Final Remark, it says "very airy and specious presentation", I'm guessing it should be spacious.

Damn, I had a feeling the Eterna's were going to be the sonic diamond out of the bunch. They look beautiful - a little like the Klipsch Custom 3. If they were available for sale to the US, I'd buy them in a heartbeat.

Oh this is just torture. So it looks like the best IEM at the moment for us US buyers would be the RE0 then, eh? I've had a pair of ER6i's for 2 years and yesterday picked up some Super.Fi 5 version 2's. They're fantastic w/ a wider sound stage and much better bass, but if the RE0's deliver more per $, then...

ClieOS, why don't you become an exporter/distributor of the Fischer lineup? You could make a tidy sum if your review is on the mark. Sounds like the Eterna could cause some sleepless nights among the major manufacturers. Anyone having a connection for these phones, let me know. Strange they are so limited in terms of marketing/distribution. They definitely need a North American distributor, or a connection with an etailer who sells internationally.

Best IEM for US buyers? That may be overstating the case. While the RE0s are highly rated by many, there is room for debate (not everyone universally hails them as the hands-down best).

As you know, opions are all over the map here. I had the US SF5 v2 and found them dull, lacking energy and returned them within a week. I would like to hear the RE0, but had the RE2 and have the RE3 (a prototype) and not going to spend $99 more since I have two excellent IEMs right now.

But, for $53, I would be "Eterna-ly" grateful to anyone who wants to buy a pair and ship them here. I've done it more than once for overseas members.

Best for $100 I meant. As for the SF 5's they definitely needed a little help from my Sony's EQ, but that's acceptable for me.

Best for $100 might be on the mark, but there are so many competitors in that price range and lower, it's getting harder to keep track.

Group buy will require approval from the admin first, which is not as easy as one might think.
