I remember seeing CK100 in a store priced around US$500 or so few weeks ago, not really more competitive than any other places when it comes to AT.

The e-Q7 alone is S$458, you're probably better off asking pricejapan for a price quote.

I only auditioned SP1 for a short while and no longer have it in my possession, so I can't post a review of it. I also heard that it will be discontinued soon and probably going to be replaced by a new model. Hopefully I will be able to review it when it hits the market.

Anyway, Sherwood SE-777 has been added.

Interesting that the Fischer Audio Eterna gets 4.75 in overall SQ and the Ortofon e-Q7 only gets a 4.65, damn I just ordered the e-Q7s they cost like 4 times as much

They don't come in red yet, at least I win there

Eterna is rated high for a specific reason - fun and engaging above everything else. That kind of sound signature might not be for everyone. You can read the in-depth review for detail.

ClieOS - is the Phonak Audeo PFE on your list of phones to review? If so, when might we expect it? I am seriously considering this one. It has an interesting price-point.

Something interesting I noticed yesterday after listening to my Eterna for the first time in a week after receiving the Westone 2, the Eterna really seem to hold up compared to the W2. Yes, the W2 is less coloured, but I'm not hearing the huge difference I was expecting after being used to the W2. I mean, I wasn't missing much detail that was there with the W2 in the big picture. The W2 retails at a bit less than $200 more than the Eternas price. I think what I'm noticing here is the law of diminishing returns in effect, and the Eterna being a good value. I thought people must be crazy to prefer their Eterna to the IE8, which is a top tier IEM, but I think I'm seeing why now.
Yes, of course, the W2 is better and more accurate and a bit clearer, just nowhere near the difference I was expecting compared to how something $50 can blow stock buds out of the water. I love the W2, and personally it has the perfect bass, so while I can easily listen to the Eterna and love it to death even after having the W2, I've found that I like an ever so slightly slightly bass-light and otherwise neutral sound sig, and that is why the W2 is still a keeper.
This isn't intended to be an Eterna ad, rather simply my recent experience with the law of diminishing returns. Would I take the Eterna over the W2? No, because I have found the sound signature that is perfect for me in the W2, and the W2 is a class above. I'm just pointing out the fact that your dollar can go a long ways nowadays with all these value options out there.

ClieOS: Any ETA on the CKS70 review? Seeing as you like the Eterna I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on the differences between these seemingly very similar IEMs.

I don't have any Etymotic worthy to do a direct comparison to PFE atm. I can compare my old ER6i to PFE but it probably only going to result in PFE winning in pretty much all aspects except for isolation. I do have plan to review ER4P before the end of the year and perhaps MC5 when it hits the market but there will be some waiting b/w now and then.
