I can bring the "extremely extreme extreme^extreme" AKA "the orange crush". I will need a source.

I also cant wait to hear the Zu speakers. The NJ audio society had a meeting at someones house with one of them, and they said they were really nice. I missed the local meeting so its nice that I get to hear them

Seriously, your waiting to "announce" your attendance based on how big this gets ? Nice way to support your local community.

I do hope you and Miguel choses to attend but these events are based on a community that supports each other.

This is paving to be a heck of a meet. I am glad I live so close by! There is no excuse for FL residents to miss this!

The Zu Essence/Peachtree combo was a bit hit with stereophile and was popular at RMAF as well. I look forward to hearing this combo!

I'll be traveling light with just my JH13s, iphone and ALO Rx amp in tow although I wish I could bring my stacker amp as it sounds great.

I'm not sure why either of you would want to miss this event. If you do plan to attend, let me know sooner rather than later. I am sure there will be no need to have a maximum number attending. However, with Zu promoting the event this may be a possibility.

As another person flying across the country to attend a Florida meet I can say, with no reservations, that Mike and everyone will throw an Epic meet and I am very excited to get this thing rolling.

HEy I am so sorry, and I think there are some misunderstandings... I was only trying to say that I thought there's a Miami meet coming up soon.so in that case, I'll just go to the Miami one.. But if everyone decides to attend this one, I might as well go too.. I'm still deciding because I am a UM graduate assistant, and right before semester ends, I always get a bunch of final assignments to grade.. I will work harder and see if I can get them done during Thanksgiving. I believe this is a great opportunity to support the community, and I really wish to go.

Gone for a couple of days and come back to see my name cited here. Yes Feather and I exchanged PMs on a possible meet, mostly the two of us so he could try my K701 and I his Stax (if/when he buys them). I would have thought that with his "very evil" smiley most would have realized he was just joking on the "tracking comment". At least that is how I took it after reading his post.

Unless you are out of town, which is shaping like a real possibility and why I have not posted here ... till now.

I do not wish/plan on holding anyone back nor would I want to be a late responder. So, since I can not currently guarantee I will be able to attend and may not know for sure 'till the first week of December please place me on the "not attending column". I would not want to "use an spot" for someone who for sure knows he/she can commit to attend now.

Cheers!

It would be good to see you as well as many others. Might even have the Signature 30.2 w/ the K1000 so you could at least have a 2nd listen. Plus I have this bottle of rum which is not easy to find in the States that tastes awesome. My plans are still up in smoke, my dad had prostrate surgery and although the outlook is good he was diagnosed w/ the big "C" and I would like to travel to Atlanta and see him. We will see.

Sorry to hear that. I'll send my hopes to your father on a successful quick recovery.

Sorry to hear about that Miguel. Please send my best wishes to your father. As Mike has said, Family is always first.
