i just recently bought some pk3's but i lost a few of coverpads/or they keep on falling off. Is there anything I can do? Maybe there are more sturdy durable ones that stay on better?

where can i buy some?

Belkin also makes some -- they come in packs of ten (five pairs), with multiple colors in each pack. Current Amazon.com price is $5.99US per pack:

EDIT: A quick look at the "related products" on Amazon came up with this item -- 400 generic foam earbud covers for 6 bucks! Provided via Amazon from a third-party seller called "zanyzap:"

Bah 400. That's just like beyond overkill.

Though, I admit it, I bit. Thanks for that link Jonathan.

I use these, and they are perfect for the PK2 and PK3, even better than the original ones, not sure though if they are available outside Europe:
