I like Neutrik NP3C-B (large) and NP3X-B (small)

those are both 3 conductor.

I suppose that NP2C-B and NP2X-B might be worth looking into...

Well, you did say TRS - Tip Ring Sleeve. You would need a TS plug for 2-conductor and yes, same models apply.
