Best in ear eaphones for running and exercising?

Thread Starter
So I've been running and workig out with some skullcandy earphones (cause they're super cheap). But recently I've been really annoyed with them; I'm tired of the whisteling when there's wind, they fall out and sound just is less than blah.

Any good suggestions on something I could get that wouldn't have those problems? I was thinking some outta te sennheiser sports line. And price would be best under 50 dollars.

Thanks

I'm a strong advocate of the Sony AS100W for exercise. Gilency also has a pair and I believe he feels that they are good as well.

The Sennheiser stuff is supposed to be not bad either. The PMX80 especially I hear are good, as well as the MX85. Not sure on their prices though.

Hey, why not shoot the works and go right to the top and get the JH13 pros - a steal at a grand.

A little tip to help keep those buds in your ears. Before sticking them in your ears, wrap the cord behind your ear and up over the top. It's worked for me with a few pairs when I used to skate.

Can I recommend NOT listening to headphones while exercising or running? Especially in-ear.

Is it harmful ? Do tell, I used in-ear when exercising on occasion.

He's probably just mentioning about awareness and that.
