Help with AKG's K450's

I recently purchased a pair of AKG K450's headphones in which I love very much and a really nice sounding and comfortable headphone, but I have a slight problem. I find them to be slightly bit too tight, not overly but just a fraction, in which I would like to loosen a bit by four or three notches. I have curently got them pulled right up, meaning the headband.

Now I have noticed on the headband (inner part) ther are three small tiny screws, on both the L and R side. Are these also used for adjusting the band.

I only see 2 small screws on each side of my K450s, but I doubt they would be used to adjust the headband. The manual certainly doesn't suggest as much either.
