Then she should not be calling herself a businesswoman. It's not an issue of not communicating, the bigger issue is taking people's money or items for a service and not delivering it. There are to be no excuses for that if you're running a business, and rightly so.

I run a business, and there is no reason for my customers to give me such benefits of the doubt--a contract was made, goods for services rendered, and failing to fulfill that agreement, OR return the goods in lieu of providing services, is a pretty grave offense indeed. Germania seems to have a habit of not responding to a customer's grievance until a negative thread has been posted...this has happened twice now.

We as customers do not need to perpetually issue the benefit of the doubt to a business providing a service to us. I imagine the benefit of the doubt has been given several times already by the OP in the 60 days since requesting her items returned with zero communication.

However, I have no dog in this fight, so I'll be interested to read on and find out if the OP receives their items back.

Hey guys, come on Al already said that Stacy's sending out the items and that he should get them by this upcomming Tuesday. Why not stop this thread until then, if nothing, then pick up those pitchforks and torches on Wednesday.

This needs stomped on and kept bumped. This offers a chance to redefine how amatuers pass themselves off as viable professionals via the medium of this far reaching and inexperienced-user encompassing website. Reform which is quite obviously needed.

Every bit of selling and buying and trading, etc. I have done with people on this forum has been a really positive experience. We've all shared some great gear and helped each other to experience more of the audio spectrum than any of us could afford paying full retail for...whatever. So I think it's important to identify the bad apples before they do more damage. The whole Biggie Amp Debacle could have been an isolated incidence, but it's obviously gone beyond that now. It doesn't really matter if this affair ends to anyone's satisfaction. Stacey is lowering the tone of the entire industry. We need to make a clear statement that this is not okay.


For ****'s sake, even if you're incompetent, at least be honest. People respect honesty, and forgive incompetence.

Well, here is the update (and, no need for dogpile):

I received two ship tracking numbers last week, and one indeed arrived today - with the peripheral bits sent last year, and a few extra make-up goodies (caps for tube builds.... appreciated) but... wait for it... no headphones. No meat on the sandwich. WTF?

The other tracking number has not shipped. I emailed Stacy, and she responded pretty quickly, acknowleging that I had written.

But, when prompted about when the other box might ship, well, no status.

Not sure what this means, just keeping it real.

If I were being cynical, I would say that's worse than receiving nothing at all. If I were being cynical I would say it seems like a ploy to keep you hanging on even longer in order to buy her some time. That's if I was being cynical.

Quite what that extra time may be needed (or used) for is another matter, and it certainly won't be enough to hold back the wolves here.
