I run a business, and there is no reason for my customers to give me such benefits of the doubt--a contract was made, goods for services rendered, and failing to fulfill that agreement, OR return the goods in lieu of providing services, is a pretty grave offense indeed. Germania seems to have a habit of not responding to a customer's grievance until a negative thread has been posted...this has happened twice now.
We as customers do not need to perpetually issue the benefit of the doubt to a business providing a service to us. I imagine the benefit of the doubt has been given several times already by the OP in the 60 days since requesting her items returned with zero communication.
However, I have no dog in this fight, so I'll be interested to read on and find out if the OP receives their items back.
