Which Canalphones?

Hi,

I'm going to get some canalphones soon to replace my dead EP-630s. These are the canalphones available at my local store which are within my budget:
  • Creative EP-630
  • Sennheiser CX 200
  • Sennheiser CX 300
  • AKG K324P
  • Creative EP-830
  • Sony MDR-EX300SL
  • Sony MDR-EX85LP

Which of these are best?

Best is subjective.

It would really depend on what kind of sound signature your after.

What are your favorite music genres ?

I usually listen to rock and metal e.g. Avenged Sevenfold, Disturbed, Epica, Green Day, Nightwish and Within Temptation.

Why not buy from the best store in australia?

Comes with an extra helpful forum as well. Free shipping, and some of the best prices locally.

A lot of the canalphones mentioned aren't worth your money.
RE2 or RE0 would probably be your best bet at this price range or a PL50

EP-630, they use the same drivers as the cx300 but cost 1/4 the price.
