Very funny video, until you realize how widespread the audiofoolery is, even here.

I love that guy. This link may help to shed some light on the degree of audiophoolery there is out there and in here. NW Cryo Master Price List for Cryogenic processing, Cryogenic Tempering, Deep Cryogenic Treatment

Do they really sell directional cables?

He's right. Me and my engineering buds always have a good laugh at cable companies. Unfortunately, a lot of fools on this forum allow this crap to proliferate; we laugh at them too. The unfortunate thing is that when idiots on this forum make public support for this garbage, those who don't know better get sold into it. So saying "if you can't 'hear' it, don't buy it" doesn't cut it.

It is an assault on intelligence and technology and has to stop.

You should see how angry I get when people start trying to sell this crap around me.

Found the link to the letter blue jean sent to monster, pretty funny stuff Blue Jeans Cable Calls BS on Monster Cable Patent Suit, Vows to Fight to Bloody Death - Cable - Gizmodo

I love the first paragraph

"Let me begin by stating, without equivocation, that I have no interest whatsoever in infringing upon any intellectual property belonging to Monster Cable. Indeed, the less my customers think my products resemble Monster's, in form or in function, the better. "

He does not look like your average meth addict to me. Trust me, I have seen worse. Look up "Faces of Meth" on google.

I loved that video, though. :D

In most cases, I do buy good quality cables but it's usually at an affordable price that is less than $50 or $100. If you are buying guitar cables, it is extremely important to buy good cables because cheap cables do get damaged from getting twisted and moved around  eventually.
