B4UDirect.com Word of warning

I ordered a pair of Klipsch X10s on Sunday and the money was debited from my acount by WorldPay.
On Monday at 4pm I was informed by B4UDirect that the item was actually our of stock and would I like anything else from their website?!
Their site STILL shows the item as In Stock, but I've been told my money will be refunded in 5-7 days as they cannot tell me when they will be back in stock.

Surley stock should be checked BEFORE taking money?

Do not use them, despite their £116 price for the X10s!

I think you should do some research on the place you are buying from before buying. There are a lot of seemingly legitimate hit and run online retailers out there that offers abnormally low price, 9/10 times you won't get what you were expecting for a price "too good to be true". OOS is a common excuse. If I were you I would just contact your CC company as soon as possible.

They are returning the money, as I said...

I'm not complaining or expecting you to do anything for me, or even asking for suggestions as to what I should do, just posting a friendly word of advice to others who maybe would like to "research" this company before ordering from them.

Take it or leave it

I think maybe the label "Junior Head-Fi'er" is misleading.
I'm 46 and have bought over the Internet before.

Pixmania recently advertised them for £109 and a friend of mine bought them, no problem at all so the price is not always a good indicator of a firms reputation or ability to deliver.
