Can iAudio 7 power Denon D2000?

Will this sufficiently get most from the D2000 in terms of SQ compared to other MP3s? I really don't (and can't) get an amp yet, but I want the D2000. I know they will sound "OK" with most MP3's, but do they sound "GREAT" with the iAudio 7? (I'm hoping this MP3 acts like an amp because of its 60mw rating)

Also, it says it has 60mw of power. How does that differ when running something with low Ohm (25) like D2000 compared to something with high Ohm (300) like HD650.

Any advice is much appreciated!

I think it will drive the Denon's quite well. I don't have a Denon HP but my i7 has no problems whatsoever to drive my Sennheiser HD 595 (the older version of 120 Ohms). The i7 is the most powerful DAP I've ever owned. With higher end HP's you really should use FLAC-files to get the very best out of them. High bitrate MP3's (256 kb/s or more) sound good but lossless is were the party's at.

Is it harder to drive higher ohm, or lower ohm? (300ohm vs 25ohm)

That's a tricky question. In theory 25 Ohms should be easier to drive than 300 Ohms. Yet I've heard from more experienced Head-fi'ers that HP's with lower Ohms need more current to shine (for instance the famous AKG K701, which has about 60 Ohms and is very hard to drive). But all in all I feel very confident that the i7 will be suitable for your HP. I've never heard that Denon HP's are hard to drive.
