I've been searching all over the internet for an iPod Touch 2g Dock w/ lineout to no success.. I'm just a simple dock, nothing fancy. I just want to be able to plug my iPod into my amp nicely without having to turn my computer on.
Does it exist? or should i just buy an old one and attempt to mod it?

Ah right. Looking at the pinouts, the reason why old LODs dont work with iPod Touch 2gs is because it needs to be in a "dock" so... thats where that resistor comes in. Always thought it was a "line out" mode instead of "dock" mode.. guess i was wrong about that one. Looks like i found one then
