headphone jack problem

My ibasso d2 boa headphone jack keeps cutting out. and i need to move it around to get voices in the audio again. I bought this off a head-fier a few weeks ago. It still has a warranty card. but is it worth the bother to send it to ibasso to fix or is resoldering it to the pcb an easy straight forward thing to do?
I'm can solder easy stuff like 3.5mm mini's and cables onto drivers and stuff like that.

If it's under warranty, I definitely recommend sending it back. It's just not worth the risk to open it up and find out that something else is the issue if it's still covered.

well im pretty sure its just the headphone socket, as it feels loose.
i'll check my warranty card and email ibasso, hopefully warranty is transferrable.
Hopefully the RSA shadow gets released soon then i can start using that

before you unsolder anything, you can try bending the contacts in so they grasp the mini more tightly, I did notice that TBH the D2 really isnt set up for 2 x cryoparts minis as the barrels seem too wide to allow straight contact. but yeah try bending the contacts in so they exert more pressure on the mini.
