AKG K702s & NAD C325BEE Amp -- Do I Really Need a Headphone Amp?

Greetings to All -- I'm brand new to this site and brand new to the world of headphone amps. I just ordered a set of AKG K702s headphones which I will be using primarily for CD listening (all types of music really). I have my CD player hooked up to a NAD C325BEE amplifier. My question is, do I really need a headphone amp if I plug the AKGs into the NAD amplifier? If so, is there a headphone amp under $150 that would significantly improve my listening experience or, as a newbie, would this basic set-up get me off to a good start? Thank you to all who can give me some advice.

I had the C325BEE and used it for a headphone amp. I don't think there is a headphone amp at $150 or even the equal price of the C325BEE that can out power it. Especially if you are driving the K702.
