So I ordered my Alessandro MS1i's September 25th. I called last week and the guy said they were on back order and would ship that week. Well I haven't got anything as far as email about them being shipped. And I haven't even had the money taken out of my account yet? I got a conformation email and that is it. Nothing. So far not so good... What can I do and what is wrong?

very relax sounding IEM, great for relaxing, fit is awkward if u have small ears, accessories are tons but most are useless, tape mod is good! Recommended
