today i got a set of hd580s off craigslist for 72 dollars, what is the best deal you have got?

$120 for cable modded AKG K340, before it was popular, too bad I sold it... before it was popular.

Also this ~$30 Sony RF925R Wireless RF headphone I got for free, it has 40mm angled drivers. Took off the RF stuff and gave it cables, sound pretty good with big soundstage. Except there is the typical Sony's signature sharp highs that need to be EQ'ed. But my Senn. HD201 is left unused ever since.

2. Medusa 5.1 Classic with amp for $35 on ebay.
3. JVC HA-RX700 for $36 @ buy.com.

I thought my HD-650's for €150 were a steal. But then again, smaller second-hand audio market here.

A Beyerdynamic DT48 for about $60 off eBay. This was when (IIRC) only one other Head-Fi'er had listened to them. I made a few posts in the Beyerdynamic thread, a few others bought them, and, well, at least a few more have come to love them, as well.

AKG K340: I got a few pairs from ebay. Cheapest was 25€ iirc.
Ultrasone HFI-650: got two NIB pairs from ebay for 55€ or so. Sold one to Rizumu for the same price.
Audio Technica ATH-W10Vtg: Got those for 120€ if my memory doesn't fail me.
