Kid A is a really diverse album. It mixes so many genres. I only really like two songs, but they're two of my favorite songs-"everything in it's right place" and "morning bell." Both awesome songs, but I'd have to give the edge to "everything in it's right place." Despite that this album has a few good songs, it's too inconsistent to me to be "the best album of the decade.
