Inquiry into Trends UD-10.1

Hi,
Is this available, still?
I'm considering recommending to my son that he buy it.
Does it come with the USB cable required?
I have an original UD-10, which arrived sans cable. It needed a Type A Male to Type A Male USB. And, it was a little hard to find one.
Also, how would this one be powered without the PSU?
