I also have phoenix. But quite disappointed with recent repair. Sent in prefect cosmetic and came back with a dent. I only realized after near 2 months when I clean it because at bottom rear, they said wont replace the panel for me because I reported late and it just outward appearance.

 

So my advice, please check thoroughly when you received the unit even up side down.
