Lost my T60, new player needed, advice sought

See I like them with small screens (so I don't have to fret about scratches) and at least replacable, if not standard (AA/ AAA) batteries so I don't have to have angst about leaving them fully charged in a warm car.

Neither of those properties are going to happen this time though, 'cause too few have wishes like mine. Still, I need music on the go, and if I manage to get so annoyed with my iriver T60 getting tangled in the headphone cord that it gets lost somewhere while leaving the bus, I deserve evil soldered li-ions and bright glossy disgusting screens.

More seriously though: I wish drag&drop&play, via preferrably any file explorer. Long (initial) battery life. Sturdy screen / covers available, and of course a good sound. Will use HD25, unamped, so preferrably something that can drive them (but then most things can, I think).

I've looked at the current Sony lineup but..it seems to be dwindling? Can't get many models at all in Sweden. Of..any mobile audio player, even media player..dying breed?

Still- anyone got any advice? Price is preferrably not >150e. American electronics prices have no correlation to European ones I can get a NWZ-S739F 16GB for around 180e..

As far as I know there are no DAPs that run on AA/AAA batteries anymore.

I still have my T60 and am treasuring it for those times when I need a replaceable battery.

Try the Clip+. Battery life sucks (7-9 hours) but otherwise close to the T60.

Yeah, really neat little thing, even if I thought the battery life wasn't the best.

7-9hrs is also a bit low. I'd like at least 8GB now I think, something I forgot to mention. A screen is kind of ok , if it doesn't scratch easily or if there is some sort of protection availaible.
