15% Off Sale at HeadRoom!!

Hi Everyone,

ALL Headphone.com products can qualify EXCEPT Sennheiser HD800, of course, and SHURE & GRADO products

The sole 'caveat' is you'll have to give our sales dept a call to dial in your exact price during our official biz hours [M-F 9am-5pm USA Mnt Time]. The 15% discount will be applied off the currently displayed prices on our website. No other HeadRoom discounts or online coupon codes of any kind can apply, please. HeadRoom 'B-stock' items are typically already discounted past 15% and therefore not included in this offer.

Please feel free to email our sales team at sales@headphone.com if any questions!

Cheers,
Jorge

Wow! I'm gonna buy me some amps!

Thanks, Headroom! Feel free to keep on adding products for me to ignore ('candies, *ahem*), if you keep on offering sales like this!

Congrats on the new look and now time to do some browsing...

Do upgrades to existing headphone amps qualify for the 15% discount as well?

Pretty busy getting ready for RMAF, and we're really working on doing things as a team.

I've got a new role to play, to be a voice for headphone enthusiasm. I like the idea of introducing Skullcandy and the more popular brands. It lets us reach out to a broader audience and woo them gently into better and better headphone listening over time.

Travis and the crew have done an outstanding job orchestrating a new surge into the broader headphone world. Yes, it's not like the old "unique, if hard to navigate" days --- and I'll remember them fondly, but times they are a-changing.

With the broader reach comes new opportunity to speak to the larges masses and evangelize high-fidelity listening. It becomes a little watered down from the viewpoint of sophisticated headphone listeners, but from the perspective of n00bs it offers a smoother path towards great listening.

We're not giving up on the mission to "get it right between your ears," we're reaching out to give good personal listening to a broader audience.

Color me exited.

You hardly need help in that department, Tyll.

Great work on the site guys/gals, I think it's a hit.

Don't worry, new site is still "unique" -- we are not employing any "canned" software whatsoever- including the cart.

Once you get to know the new site, we think you guys will appreciate the ease of navigation. I also forgot to mention our improved search function, this has actually been brought in-house, and will continue to improve as time goes on.

This is great news! Headroom's always been a very useful site. The product evaluations, including measurements, etc. and the guidance offered on the site is a great service to the community, and often makes me willing to pay a little more (over buying used, which is what I'd normally do) to be dealing with knowledgeable people, who are audiophiles like us, and to support the site that does so much to drive our hobby.

So long as Headroom retains its audiophile roots, I'm all for going more mainstream, because being more mainstream means being more down-to-Earth. While I'll certainly agree that the masses really don't know what they're missing with high-end audio, mainstream products become mainstream for a reason; namely, they're convenient, reasonably aesthetic, not too expensive, etc. They strike a balance. While I'm one of the enlightened ones who know how important sound quality is, I think we audiophiles could stand to keep things a little more in perspective. I put a huge amount of time and money into perfecting my audio setup, but I usually find that the musical pleasure that minute improvements in sound quality bring me are thoroughly outweighed by the feeling of relief I derive from having perfected something I've been completely obsessed with. The same effect can be had if I simply stop obsessing. Blending a little with the masses could be a good thing for us, and of course it certainly would be for the masses.

That said, in spite of that reasoning I'm about to drop a bunch of money on some custom IEMs and a headphone amp, and build a DAC. Does the 15% discount apply to the UE11?

hey moderators ,

all the best for your new launch ....
we as users will surely appreciate the change if it becomes easily navigable .... waiting for that day .....!!

Steaxauce-

Thanks for your great comments, I couldn't have said it better myself!

Regarding the discount on UE11's ... we actually don't sell them on our site- we just have an informational page on them. So, no discount on those.

ramenmeal & born2bwire-

The site is not live yet-- hence the "sneak preview".

We should be launching this weekend... stay tuned...
