Im not feeling the interface at all, specifically the choice of color.
I use multiple screens; when I go to clcik on another app. the iTunes screen turns this horrible whitish/gray color.

The functionality is fine but who does the graphic design on this thing?
I do! To my eyes it blends in really nicely with the rest of the OS, especially the Finder windows.
Function wise it works as well...

I have no problems w/ iTunes, only wish I had a Mac instead of a PC. I hear the sound via iTunes is better when using a Mac.

Do you really do the design??

Any way I can change the color of the app when it turns that grayish hue?

The new interface is adequate, I take issue with the fact that I cant minimize easily anymore.

Shift+Command+M to switch to/from Mini Player, if that is what you mean. Or Command+M to minimize to Dock...
Easy enough?

Anyone have trouble with iTunes 9 shutting down when adding album art, specifically using images from Amazon. Never had this problem before but now it happens quite regularly.

I posted this in the Snow Leopard thread, but honestly I am not sure who is to blame as I upgraded to iTunes 9 around the same time as SL.

I decided not to upgrade either the Snow Leopard or itunes for the time being, waiting for glitches to be worked out of them or interactions with Amarra software.

I downloaded iTunes9 the day it was made available and it has so far worked perfect *knocks on wood*

I like it.

I too was rather taken aback by the slightly tweaked style. I liked having the dark classic Mac color. I'm getting used to it now but it still seems like a step back. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Other than that it seems to be par for the course (still has annoying glitches but I haven't found any new ones either).

Sounds like a bit of non-sense to me. Where'd you hear that?

I liked the old version a little better, but this seems adequate.

Around Head-Fi I guess...
Earlier iTunes versions provided bit-perfect playback on Mac OS X but not on MS Windows. While starting with iTunes 9.0 it is said that it support bit-perfect on MS Windows Vista and 7 as well, using WASAPI.
