64gb+ mp3 player????

Well I have alittle more than $250 to spend. So the itouch is out. I am trying to find a new player (no used). Right now I have an ipod classic 80gb that is ready to die. So far the only player that I have found that meets criteria of new and around $250 is the 160gb classic.

Any players I am missing? I dont mind if the player is 32gb as long as it has an expansion slot that works seamlessly with the onboard memory.

Prices of 32Gb built-in memory mp3? Zune HD maybe, but it don't have extended slot.

Thanks for the help. So there are no flash options? No players with 32gb of storage and seamless sd slot? Do the zen/x-fi with sd slot act seamlessly in the library (ie, user wont be able to tell if the player is using onboard or external flash in the ui).
