Looks like they already began to ship. Some said that their orders were shipped last night and expected to arrive on Wed next week.

I still have no info about my order though.

Hopefully they actually used the Fedex conformation code and not just believed Microsoft who has lied before. I ordered mine 2 days ago, so I am not expecting mine to get shipped any time soon.

I bought the platinum version from Best Buy on release day and returned it yesterday....

To order a Zune HD Original. I was so impressed with the Zune HD that actually chose the originals model.

Thats awesome, mine will be shipped later this week according to the ZO customer service. Hopefully I will get on/before next thursday, as I am taking a train ride on friday and have no Portable DAP!!!!

That's epic fail for me. Ordered 2 weeks ago and nothing now.
Gonna put an order on Amazon today, the ZO customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

I got the express shipping and even haven't received the 15$ code.
I guess they totally lost my order in their database.

Wow.... Thats pretty lame since I ordered mine on the 24th and will be getting it on friday. I didn't get a code, but I dont think I have much to complain about.

Did they charge you for the zune? I think it is hard to get refunds.

I checked my bank account and I was not charged. Asked them about this and they said it's OK.
Whatever it is, I felt disappointed. Would be funny if I make an order again today and get the shipping info tomorrow.
