(Another) Broken Pair of HF5s. Now what?

Etymotic was very good about replacing my HF5s when the right sound tube broke 1 month after purchase. Today, seven months later, it happened again. I've been thinking about getting something new anyway, but I'm really trying to decide if this is worth pursuing with etymotic CS.

Thoughts?

always pursue. then sell them if you want something new.
