Sad news, DJ ROC RAIDA passed away

I just found out that this young talented man has passed away. I remember being totally knocked out by the things I saw and heard him doing with the turntables. What you did wont be forgotten. Article here.

Yeah, I've been trying to find out the back story…something about a spinal injury from some months back.

My last memory of him is at the turntablist "Gong Show" he created a few years ago. He had a great sense of humor. R.I.P…

He was an incredibly skilled turntable wizard and put on an entertaining show - I managed to catch him at a party in NYC about six years ago.
