I think several people here do. The biggest frustration is the almost 100% requirement that you use apples buds up until very recently.

I have the 4GB one and now have the Klipsch s4i's which i actually bought for my iphone but work quite well with the new shuffle.

The new shuffles sound is a definite improvement over the 2nd gen- no hiss

I didn't like the 2G Shuffle at all, but loved the 1G. do you know how the 3G compares to the 1G?

my 1g shuflle gave up the ghost about 6 months ago so i cant directly compare now. I would say the 1st gen was a bit better but that could be memory enhanced.

I know many here think the 1st gen was for awhile at least the best going,
