Earphone (FMA) Solutions great service!

I have to put in a word for this company. They really treat you right! After having a problem with my UM3X's I had to return them. They shipped out a replacement immediately, as a matter of fact 4 days after the day I shipped them I had a replacement set. On top of that when I told them that Bing had canceled my cash back they went ahead and credited that cash back percentage to my credit card.

Outstanding customer service!

I meant to write this last month but kept forgetting.

I ordered a pair of headphones from FMA back in November. There was a bit of a hiccup with ordering, and some shipping issues had to be ironed out, but Flavio was very patient with me as I went through "angry customer mode". In the end, he really did go the extra mile to ensure everything progressed smoothly, and we reached a compromise on the shipping that worked for both of us.

Despite the initial hiccup, I would heartily recommend these guys. They have great sales, and excellent customer service and followthrough.
