I haven't finished getting used to these yet so please check back in future for a full review and accurate scores. For now, let me tell a short tale... I hope you'll stick with me here and I...
I bought these puppies just before Christmas and they have been a revelation.
I can't tell you how much they suit my listening tastes. I love close listening with lots of treble and tight...
First of all let me say this is one of my favourite BA driver earphones I have ever heard.
That said, being a basshead, these didn't deliver in the bass department - I can't deny the fact...
I've had this card for quite a while now, and I have to say its a really nice card - a huge step-up to my on-board motherboard's audio.
At first I do have to admit, it didn't feel like the D1...
Thank you for organzing the NY meet. Woo Audio will attend. I will be bringing some new gears for a treat. Look forward very much to meet all of you again.
Be well,
Jack
It wouldn't be a NY meet without you guys!
I don't know about other people, but now that woo audio sells stax headphones, I would be very interested to see how an O2 sounds off your amps.
I will be bringing a TPA OPUS DAC (DIY - USB-In; Balanced and SE outputs), KGTT (DIY), BHSE (DIY) - if it doesn't blow up during the build, and STAX SR-404.
Just found out that the date of this meet is the one weekend I will be on call (work) in the next 2 months.
I will try to get someone to switch weekends with me (a lot of people owe me big time!).

Oh sweet!
I'm going to try and have my 307A beast up and running by then, but right now the bottleneck is waiting for trafos from Sowter.
If I'm not busy that weekend I will try to make it from north jersey. I don't know any of you guys but it'd be great to meet you and try some stuff out. If I do come I can definitely bring HD650's, Headroom Airhead, and maybe a HiFiMan EF2 (if I end up buying it).
Will any DIY'ers be able to take a look at my HCT speaker/headphone amp? Looks like the volume pot is shot coz whenever i touch it to adjust the volume, it hisses like crazy.
