Oh Nooooo! I barely got to chat in LA. Guess we'll just have to get together in NYC. Get well fast.

In the name of all that is good and holy, please do not show up if you are very sick!

I have to work with students, and they are trying their very best to avoid a flu outbreak.

Agreed.

You are not hearing correctly at this point anyway. Socializing is not worth risking infecting others in a warm, tight area. Just get better. You and Steve will be missed.

Mornin', gang. Loading up on some coffee and getting the Little Monkey set up with some breakfast. I'm sorry to hear about our flu-stricken friends, but I also thank them for not sharing their flus. You know how kissy-kissy these meets get.

This will be by far the most gear I have ever brought to a meet. Looking forward to it. Now to find that damn Zipcard...

Luckily this will be one of my lightest loads. I didn't even need a bell cart to get everything to my truck.

I'll be heading out shortly and hope to be there as close to 10 as possible.

Eactly to the point. I'm feeling fine. This was a very mild flu I got on Halloween, with barely any symptoms, but it's lingering. I was on antibiotics this week from having a tooth pulled, and the dentist said the tooth might affect my immune system, and low and behold I'm coughing again, so I'm obviously still carrying it. While I may have a healthy enough immune system, and it was a very mild flu, it might not be so easy on those I give it to, or those you pass it on to. Our meets are very cramped quarters, and we share and pass around a lot of gear. I don't know what I have, but this year's flu statistics are scary, and I like you guys too much.

I'm going to add these posts to the web page FAQ for the next meet.

Have a great time.

Yeah-Yeah ... I'll be there ... Really. Am on 12:10 train waiting to depart GCT... iPhone / ALO / RSA Tomahawk / Westone ES2 / Cavatina & other gorgeous guitar classics (Naxos) w/Norbert Kraft et al. Ahh what a refined way to travel. C Y'all Soon! ~(:-)). Peter [...he of the fine Burgundy...]

You can add me to the list of sick folk who figured it would be best not to infect the entire head-fi community.

Hope it's going well up there!

Sorry guys but I popped something in my left shoulder last night while playing BBall. Could barely lift my left arm so I decided to pass today. I wanted to put $20 in the pot for the room, but sine I didn't make it, please let me know if you guys are taking "contributions" towards the next meet. I would like to still paypal the $20 if someone is collecting.

Well now, I am sad to report that I have a bad case of a cold/flu and will have t stay home and miss the Harrisson Local Meet. I don't really feel that bad, but it is best to be sure and not jepordize others. Scottsmrnyc
