Auction Donation

I have dug up something to donate for the Auction.

It's a set of Siltech Paris MXT Professional Speaker Cables 2.5 meters Spades to Bananas. Retail is in the neighborhood of $500 - $600 (A 3 meter set is $700). Cables are Siltech G3 Silver-Gold and high grade OFC. The geometry is called Power Coaxial.

Reserve is to be a ridiculously low $50

What kind of idiot spends $700 on speak wire? Don't you know you can just use old lamp cords?

Since I will be coming after work ,leave me some table space for my gear please.
I got my hands on a balanced TPA6120 amp (http://www.head-fi.org/forums/f6/bal...oughts-377413/), so it will be at the meet. Unfortunately, I do not have the adapter yet to run balanced, but single ended works fine.

Its something of a long shot, but does anyone who is coming have an EAR-834 phono-stage they could bring?

I would appreciate it if I could hear it for the day. I'l bring any gear I own (short of the R10) for you to listen to.

All,

Just got a package from Ken of ALO Audio to bring to the meet that contains:

- The new ALO Rx Amp
- Senn HD800s
- ALO SXC HD800 cable
- An iPod to mini dock

- I also did receive that Onkyo ND-S1, so I'll bring it. Hopefully it'll be sold in North America soon, because it does everything the Wadia iTransport does, and more! (at approx half the price!).

See you all tomorrow!

Vinnie

New England Travel Team Update:
drp and Salt Peanuts RSVP'd with regrets.
Hopstretch is wishing to not spread H1N1 and therefore will not be in attendance (scratch his donation as well)
