Nice looking sleeves. I like the pinstripe and houndstooth patterns. The black and red jobbie is nice too. Too bad they probably won't fit my Toshiba though. Nice donation just the same. Thanks very much for the donation.

I'll be donating a laptop sleeve to the auction. I sell laptop sleeves for chiefly apple laptops though they will fit some others.
If potential bidders want to check out the site and tell me if they have a potential color/style preference, I'll bring a small assortment with me so the bidder can choose. site is Caseify - Welcome. |

Sounds like an Old Spice commercial. Edit: That was Irish Spring.
The pinstripe, houndstooth, and black sleeves are pretty manly. The denim ones aren't too feminine either.

I'd love to hear a set of JH-13's. I'm definitely a Doubting Thomas concerning their status as Reference Caliber audio transducers.

I should be receiving the Einar Sound VC-01i balanced amp to demo at the meet. This looks like a nice option for those that want to try out a balanced amp at a reasonable price.
http://www.head-fi.org/forums/f5/rev...ne-amp-450930/
However, I don't have a set of XLR cables to run from my DAC to the amp and I don't really want to buy a pair just for the meet. Does anyone have a spare set I can borrow? Ideally, I'd like to borrow them for a couple of weeks so I can review the amp in balanced mode (although I'd still be using the single ended output) but since I don't have balanced headphones, I'm not sure of any benefit of running balanced if my headphones aren't.
Is someone willing to lend me some cables, even if just for the day?

This is a long shot but here goes....
Since I'm going to have the opportunity to review the amp does anyone want to let me borrow a pair of balanced headphones for a couple of weeks? I know it's a lot to ask but I figure it's worth a shot.
